In meeting our customers’ requirements, we operate procurement programmes through global supply chains, involving a wide network of suppliers and distributors. Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. Erwin Hymer Group UK Limited has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery.

Modern Slavery – Our Commitment
We are fully committed to playing our part in the eradication of modern slavery and preventing slavery and human trafficking in our corporate activities. We expect the same high standards throughout our supply chains and as part of our contracting processes, we include specific prohibitions against the use of forced, compulsory or trafficked labour, or anyone held in slavery or servitude, whether adults or children.

We expect that our suppliers will hold their own suppliers to the same high standards.

In addition, we have conducted an assessment of our own employment practices and processes, which has reconfirmed that our activities are in line with the requirements of our policy.

Erwin Hymer Group UK Limited will continue to review all of its policies and processes, for the benefit of all our stakeholders, in order to raise standards with regards to operating in an ethical and sustainable manner. The Modern Slavery statement will be updated annually.
