Best in Class: Elddis, Buccaneer and Xplore Brands achieve highest scores in the NCC Manufacturing Accreditation Scheme

Erwin Hymer Group UK is delighted to achieve class-leading status in the National Caravan Council’s (NCC) Manufacturer Approval Scheme for 2025-6.

Our motorised product (Motorhomes and Campervans) has been awarded the maximum 5-star rating in the NCC’s Annual Report, and our Touring Caravan portfolio awarded 4.9- star rating.

This combined score means that Erwin Hymer Group UK is the highest ranking caravan, motorhome and campervan manufacturer in the NCC Manufacturing Accreditation Scheme.

These prestigious ratings span Erwin Hymer Group’s three UK brands: Elddis, Xplore and Buccaneer - affirming Erwin Hymer Group UK as an industry leader for quality and excellence.

The latest audit by the NCC has recognised the advances and improvements made at Erwin Hymer Group UK, awarding the highest possible rating of 5-stars across the Company’s expansive portfolio of motorised product - combined with impressive results for our touring caravans, making EHG UK the market leader for quality.

The NCC is the UK's trade association for the caravan and motorhome industry, representing manufacturers, dealerships, suppliers, service providers, and holiday and residential parks. The NCC's Manufacturer Approval Scheme is a badge of recognition that shows a manufacturer's commitment to the safety of its products and Customers. Vehicles with the NCC Approved badge are guaranteed to have complied with all relevant industry construction regulations and standards at the time of manufacture.

Miles ahead of the industry average, Erwin Hymer Group’s achievements are testament to the team’s ongoing commitment to continuous improvement and development, enhanced product quality and increased Customer satisfaction.

Erwin Hymer Group’s dynamic new product portfolio has won no less than 24 prestigious Industry awards so far this season – and the Company’s market share continues to grow.

As demand increases, the Company’s Trustpilot score has also soared as a result of exceptional quality assurance and growing Customer confidence in Elddis, Xplore and Buccaneer brands.
